Today I learned – 18th Jan 2020

I came across this interesting mini-documentary about serving food on a cruise ship. It’s mind-blowing how much planning, coordination and execution are involved to deliver smooth, quality and profitable services while almost having no access to supplies on the sea or the ocean.
